How many egg types are there?
Recaps say about nine visible Index types. Mixed wikis add biome names that conflict. Dump Index instead of counting blogs.

This Ride A Pet eggs list is for Roblox Place 124216119978534. Eggs sit on the map, fill an Egg Basket, and hatch only in an empty Nest on your plot after you dismount. Index recaps mention egg type, map spawn count, and luck / clover. Blackhole Egg is Ethereal at 100B luck with ×1 map count. Cherub Egg is Ethereal at 1T luck. They share a spawn set. Starter, Meadow, Forest, Desert, Snow, Flame, Dragon, Giant, Galaxy, and BlackShield names appear in mixed wikis — conflict; Unverified. Hatch pools stay TBA. Verified September 16, 2026. Public Index recaps say you can observe about nine egg types, with common eggs as high as ×30 on the map and the rarest at ×1. That pattern is useful. The names attached to those rows are not stable across third-party wikis.
Starter Egg is the early Overworld name tied to Starter Shop in location recaps. Dragon Egg and Giant Egg appear as named types in how-to guides. Galaxy Egg and BlackShield Egg show up as neighbors on Blackhole listicles. Independent wikis also print Meadow, Forest, Desert, Snow, Flame families with Inner Ring / outer ring flavor. Those lists do not agree. Until you screenshot Index, this wiki stores them as conflict, not as a roster.

| Name in recaps | What we will print | Status |

If Site A says nine eggs and Site B lists biome Nests plus event eggs, both can be outdated relative to your server. Ride A Pet is live and Update 1 is listed for Sep 19, 2026. A merged “complete egg list” built from blogs would be fiction.
Use this page for rules (carry, hatch, Ethereal luck). Use egg locations for points. Use live Index for names.
Recaps describe a luck / clover tier on each egg plus a map spawn count. A pattern table circulating on location wikis: Common ×30 luck 1; Uncommon ×10 luck 5; mid ×5 luck 30–50; Rare ×3 luck 100–200; Epic ×1–2 luck 500+. Blackhole breaks the pattern at ×1 and 100B. Cherub is 1T. Treat the mid-tier luck numbers as Unverified pattern, not Index.
Hatch Luck on your plot Upgrade Board is a different lever: Cash spent to improve hatch quality. Cost per level, max level, and whether it affects Ethereal eggs are TBA.
| Band (recap pattern) | Map count example | Luck / clover example |
|---|---|---|
| Common | ×30 | 1 |
| Uncommon | ×10 | 5 |
| Mid | ×5 | 30–50 |
| Rare | ×3 | 100–200 |
| Epic | ×1–2 | 500+ |
| Blackhole | ×1 | 100B |
| Cherub | TBA count (shared points) | 1T |
×30 means the server is littered with that egg. ×1 means one pickup for the whole hunt. Ethereal announcements exist because ×1 eggs are a race. Faster Age mounts and radars matter more as luck climbs.
Spawn interval, whether counts refresh per server, and whether luck is a roll or a display badge stay TBA.
Pick the egg on the map. Recaps warn of an Egg Will Break countdown if you wander. Ride back to your plot — not a random ranch — and drop into an empty Nest. Dismount to start hatch. A full basket prints Egg Basket Is Full and you stop picking until you hatch or otherwise free a slot (capacity upgrades TBA).
Weather can retint world eggs into Shocked / Volted / Rage (and claimed Void / Eternal egg text — see mutations for copy-paste warnings). A mutated egg is still an egg: it still breaks if you stall.
You cannot hatch in the desert because the egg spawned there. The Nest is on the plot. Nest count, hatch duration, and upgrade prices are TBA. If every Nest is busy, you are a courier with a ticking bomb — dump into the first free Nest you own, then go back out.
Beginner loop detail: beginner guide.
Blackhole Egg: Ethereal rarity, 100B luck, ×1 on the map in Index recaps. Cherub Egg: Ethereal, 1T luck. Fandom and ProGameGuides agree they share fixed spawn points. A spawn announcement fires so the server can contest them.
Sixteen named checkpoints (Overworld, Giant Tree, Desert, Waterfall — four each) are the working list. They are not two different maps. Running Blackhole spots is running Cherub spots. Full names and a hunt order live on egg locations.
Ethereal Radar costs 30,000,000 Cash per use and recaps say it points at current-world Ethereal eggs including Cherub and Blackhole. That is a late buy, not a starter tool. See gear.

| Egg | Luck (recap) | Map count | Spawns |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blackhole | 100B | ×1 | Shared 16-point set |
| Cherub | 1T | TBA (same points) | Shared 16-point set |
When the HUD names the egg, you are already late if you are Age 1 on a Snail across the map. Pre-route the four biomes. Do not invent extra “secret” Ethereal eggs that recaps never named.
Server size is recap-claimed at ~6 players — unconfirmed. Even a small server can beat you to ×1.

Which pet comes out of which egg is the highest-intent missing dump. Mixed wikis will happily assign Unicorn to Galaxy and Kitsune to Cherub. This page will not. A hatch pool without Index percentages is how fake “best egg” articles get written.
What you can do today: hatch everything you can carry, claim Index cash on new species, and keep pets that fill roles on the pets page. When pools exist, this section becomes a table. Until then it is a refusal to hallucinate odds.
Shocked Egg recaps say a chance at a Shocked pet. That is a mutation flag on a hatch, not a new species list. Do not build a parallel “Thunder pets” wiki from one sentence.
Run the 16 checkpoints on egg locations.
Buy radar order on gear.
Match hatches to roles on pets.

100B luck, Ethereal, ×1 map count in recaps. Cherub is 1T luck on the same spawn set.
No. Empty Nest on your plot, dismount first. Egg Will Break if you stall in the world.
They are named on independent wikis. This site labels them conflict / Unverified until Index agrees.
TBA. No invented pool.
